This product has not worked since day one. When contacting Epson support, it turned out that the device had a hardware error. They told me to send the device back and replace it. After countless calls, each with a waiting time of more than an hour, a FED EX label was sent to us to return the device. It's been 30 days and I'm still having problems with EPSON. EPSON sent a replacement (refurbished) device, not a new device. Did NOT send replacement cords or paper guides. Now after the 5th call to EPSON I was told that I have to pay for the return shipping to get the complete unit. Espson has stated that cables and accessories are non-returnable. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. The seller doesn't respond either
