I don't like writing bad reviews but I'm always honest. I found that my turtle wasn't eating, probably because the water was too cold. I bought this heater and it worked great, the water heated up, the turtle started eating, life was great. About three weeks later the error light came on and I couldn't fix this error so the water got colder. I ordered another brand and it has worked so far. I bought this item so I can regulate the temperature. from a connected remote control outside the tank. I'm not saying it's a bad product because when it worked it was great, but the reality is it should still work. I wash my tank once a week. Turtle water is disgusting! Enough said. If you read my reviews before you know it, I will always tell you the truth.
