Not an easy release! in dogs

Definitely not for kittens. Mine are 7 weeks old and twice the size of their necks, even the smallest ones I can dress. They don't come off easily either, as has been said. The closure must be pressed firmly on both sides. In fact, it's quite difficult to open.
