very productive and ergonomic
I have arthritis in my thumbs so turning the tiny metal handle is inefficient (just a knife blade) and difficult to hold. This grater has many more cutting surfaces, so a little work makes a lot of nutmeg. And unlike most reviewers, I use nutmeg at least once a week. I love the flavor it adds to chicken, sweet potatoes, and baked goods. The storage compartment is large, which is good, because before use, the spice needs to be moved from storage to a grater. Convenient size, suitable for spice jars.
