The perforation does not tear
These boxes have a problem in that the perforation does not tear easily. Instead, they are difficult to tear and will end up tearing the box to which they are attached, reducing the strength of the entire box and requiring duct tape to hold the torn in place. Of the 5 boxes I've used so far, I've had to throw one away and stick the teardrops on three. They are not for heavy files. They're fine as long as you don't download them to the end. Consider a different box based on your needs. I won't buy them again.
