Rough instructions but a smart mechanic will figure it out.
It says you don't have to rotate the racks at all, but I absolutely had to. I had to rent a rack mount compressor from Autozone so I could rotate the floor 180 degrees to match. The bottom screw holes are at a slight angle so if you add a washer on top the top screw holes will be rotated. what this fine-tuning requires.
