I am not satisfied with this device. Immediately there were problems with the USB ports. The device simply does not generate the required amount of energy. On several occasions, plugging a device into port 3 caused the entire computer to freeze, forcing you to force shut down the computer. But about 2 weeks after using it, the device started randomly disconnecting and then reconnecting. It messed up a few flash drives but they just needed to be reformatted as I always make a backup. However, today is two days after the return date and I've figured out why all the random shutdowns were happening; Port C from the device is really cheap, thin and loose. The Element connects when the device is placed in the ideal position, but something moves and you lose the connection. Avoid this brand of USB peripherals; If that model has a very cheap and flimsy C-joint, I'm pretty sure it's the same part they use with all their other devices. Garbage!
