Reviewed a month after purchase

Worked well at first but now after a month of use I noticed a bad connection. I only use this hub to connect my laptop to a monitor via an HDMI cable, so it's not fully utilized. I've found it gets very hot when trying to use multiple outlets.

Returned. The plug is sloppy.

Bought to use with our new iPad Pro 12.9 inch (4th generation). The USB-C connector on this device does not provide a reliable connection; careless landing. Couldn't get it to work even holding the connection in the iPad's socket as tightly as possible. Haven't tried other devices on other ports. Returned!

Works well on Dell XPS 15 and Pixelbook

Use this USB-C hub with Dell XPS 15 and Pixelbook. So far, so good. A pair of 100W PDs with a 96W power adapter is more than enough to charge a laptop - something a 60W PD hub can't do. Screen extension via HDMI was easy. Printer and wireless mouse/keyboard, USB headset work properly. The only problem is durability. An excellent device for the current price of 14 euros.

Cheap computer connection / Poor power regulation

I am not satisfied with this device. Immediately there were problems with the USB ports. The device simply does not generate the required amount of energy. On several occasions, plugging a device into port 3 caused the entire computer to freeze, forcing you to force shut down the computer. But about 2 weeks after using it, the device started randomly disconnecting and then reconnecting. It messed up a few flash drives but they just needed to be reformatted as I always make a backup. However…

Best Value Among Computers & Accessories

Update. Unfortunately I have to put an asterisk here because the USB-DVI problem simply cannot be solved. Updated to latest drivers, tried different cables, monitors, etc. The connection to the laptop via USB-DVI is reliable, no problems. Not sure what's going on, but for those with dual monitors, look for USB-C with dual HDMI. It's 2x more expensive, but a monitor failure during meetings isn't worth the risk! Original - First, if you're looking for a powered USB-C hub, it beats any competitor…
