My daughter smashed the screen of her iPad and the game cost $20 to replace or repair. Thanks to this product and YouTube I was able to replace the glass, but not without problems. Trying to get the original glass off was the longest part of this endeavor - installing this glass is the EASY part. This took over 2 hours but a tip for anyone buying this is make sure you have a hair dryer and not a hair dryer and run it over the rim of the glass a few times and then maybe pull again heat-resistant gloves. I haven't done it but I was a cook to order for 6 years. The jar came with everything I needed but I needed a little extra help and I used expired gift cards to lift the jar, the included guitar pick had partially melted. Another tip: tape the iPad to the counter and also tape the broken glass to keep the shards from flying around. Also remember the home button and camera, I didn't line it up perfectly so the camera has a shadow but seriously for the prices to fix or replace is the way to go. Let's see how long it lasts... Will update if it doesn't survive (unless it breaks again which most goggles do)
