After initially receiving the wrong radio, I finally received and was able to install the new radio. In contrast to the first radio sent in, the new radio was 100% connected to the existing wiring harness. It is important that you purchase a 1-2 Farkra antenna adapter that plugs into your radio if you wish to use AM/FM. The quality of the radio more than makes up for the disappointment I experienced when I received the wrong set. CarPlay worked right out of the box and I had no trouble connecting my iPhone. The material quality is the same as the VW interior and it fits exactly like an OEM unit.
