Fantastic product and support

I had a problem where a Null lead was not scanned. I contacted their support via skype and got quick replies and the problem was solved quickly, their support is in Asia or somewhere outside my time zone so I had to wait a day to get the replies but they are excellent. The product is brilliant, accurate, fast and small. I first bought 4 and now I'm ordering another 7. I've also found their PDA to work great and I haven't tried the receipt printer yet.
