Review on First Voice Manager by John Floyd

We have been using this service for 3 years now, it is very efficient in our communication with clients when we need them urgently during an incident or after hours contact center helpdesk assistance has not worked as expected due problems like lack of internet connection etc.. Nothing so far I would say excellent but nothing that was negative also no complaints either just good job done! Keep up doing great work! As long at there are issues being solved quickly then everything works fine without any fussing!!
