Excellent customer support services and response times

We have been using this service for 3 years now, it is very efficient in our communication with clients when we need them urgently during an incident or after hours contact center helpdesk assistance has not worked as expected due problems like lack of internet connection etc.. Nothing so far I would say excellent but nothing that was negative also no complaints either just good job done! Keep up doing great work! As long at there are issues being solved quickly then everything works fine…

  • Sometimes when everything is working as it should be and not there are no issues then you would say nothing at all!

Great Product For Emergency Response Systems

I like how easy it is to use, and how intuitive it is. The software has helped me in many ways. It's great for tracking calls and keeping track of who called what number and when. It also helps keep track of my employees' hours and their time off. There are some features that could be improved, such as being able to have more than one contact person per call.
