Great Product For Emergency Response Systems

I like how easy it is to use, and how intuitive it is. The software has helped me in many ways. It's great for tracking calls and keeping track of who called what number and when. It also helps keep track of my employees' hours and their time off. There are some features that could be improved, such as being able to have more than one contact person per call. I would recommend this product to anyone who needs an easy way to organize their emergency response system. This software has helped us keep track of all our calls and who called whom and when so we can easily see if someone is over- or under-worked.
