Review on Nextail by Tony Addis

The customer service team was extremely responsive, helpful in solving issues with our implementation of their product as well providing us support for any future needs we may have from them! There were some minor bugs during setup but they quickly addressed those items without much hassle or additional chargebacks (which I know can be costly). They are also very active within Google Group discussions which gives you an idea if there's anyone else using this system who might need help when it comes time implement/setup theirs - just join up & ask away!! We've been able use nextails warehouse management solution since day one after launch at my current employer; however now having used another competitor prior i will say hands down best overall platform available out today by far.
