The customer service team was extremely responsive, helpful in solving issues with our implementation of their product as well providing us support for any future needs we may have from them! There were some minor bugs during setup but they quickly addressed those items without much hassle or additional chargebacks (which I know can be costly). I like how it allows for quick access of my stock levels, so there's no need to have multiple spreadsheets open or keep track of different locations through emails/texts etc. The app itself sometimes freezes up during peak times (when you're trying to enter more than one product at once).
