I had so many questions and concerns about the watch - it was supposed to be for my 102 year old mother who has poor eyesight - the seller sorted everything out for me. And that was before I even ordered! The watch arrived a few weeks ago and has been accurate ever since. (I have to admit I thought about keeping it to myself!) My mom will love it too. Great hours and customer service beyond call of duty. Five stars!
