I like that it's easy to use - even if you're not tech savvy at all! It has everything we need in one place (and then some!). There are many different ways of organizing content into categories which can be confusing when trying to figure out what goes where. The support team was very helpful with helping us get started using this product! We needed something more robust than our previous email marketing platform so were looking for an upgrade from MailChimp or another service provider. This seemed perfect since they had just released their new version and there wasn't much competition yet as far as other providers go. They also have great customer care/support who helped set up things quickly once we decided on them.
