I would give this 5 stars overall but the unit broke down just after the return period. We like this media player and the support I received after purchasing Nice Wealth. We used the player for a week or two and it suddenly stopped playing my videos. Since the return period for this player has expired, I tried to solve the problem myself. After trying new cables and drives to see if it was related to my hardware, I contacted Revain support to see what options I had and a possible warranty replacement. Glenda from Revain offered several troubleshooting options and then helped me sign a deal with the seller Nice Wealth. Nice Wealth representative - Icey - helped troubleshoot and eventually we found that the media player was buggy. Icey was great and sent me a replacement quickly; You changed me the next day! I was very happy with the support I received from Icey at Nice Wealth and I will be shopping with them again.
