This welding carriage HAS to impress. It has a relatively thick metal frame and sheet metal for its price range. Unfortunately, what it DOESN'T have is the correct size self-tapping screws, or the correct number of washers, or even someone competent who took the time at the factory to notice these above items OR that a frame member was significantly bent. (rejected) . 1/4" of mated pair.) It wasn't a package that had been dropped or otherwise damaged in transit - I wouldn't upset that as it came out of the factory with at least reasonable quality control - that this one obviously wasn't the case did not fit.I was unable to use the eight sheet metal screws provided as the holes in the frame were pre-drilled to accept only the #12 (larger) screw and I was provided with much smaller #8 screws instead.I have my own used 1/4" self-tapping heads, which frankly annoys me because I don't get a discount on my own time or equipment on a relatively expensive cart. After assembly, the trolley was standing on three of the four casters/wheels. I checked again to check if the bolts were tightened in any way to twist the frame.Only then did I see that the trolley had a bent frame member. One was 1/4 wider than the other. I had to twist the frame with my hands to get all the wheels touching the concrete floorβthat awkward feeling when you have a brand new, perfectly painted cart and have to bang and pry it up to make it stand up straight. Only buy this car if you gave it away for free.
