This is my favorite bread bag of all time and I plan on buying another one or two. I keep my tortillas/naans in this bag that I just hung on the hook of my small kitchen island. The string is quite firm and the 3-ply technology keeps it really fresh for a surprisingly long time. I only keep unopened naan bread now. As soon as they open, I put the rest in the freezer and put them in an extra storage bag. I have not tried to store bread that has already been opened. I'm not sure how that would go. As they say now, it has successfully preserved my bread since purchase, keeping it fresh and not losing any flavor at all. I am very happy with my purchase, kudos to whoever invented this technology, most likely following a good ol' granny's recipe to keep baked goods fresh and then turning them into an improved version of that 'always fresh bread' transform.
