I like that it notifies me if my site goes down, but also gives me some ideas as to why it went down. It's pretty easy to use, with a few minor quirks. I wish there was a way to get more detailed information about what the issue was. I'd love to be able to see errors in the logs or something similar so I could troubleshoot myself. If you're looking for a simple notification service to send out alerts if your site goes down, this might work well for you. We've had issues with our sites going down sometimes, and we haven't been able to pinpoint exactly what caused them to go down. The DownNotifier has helped us identify the issues causing our sites to go down, and have been able to fix them quickly.
