I like that it's easy to use, simple, and free! There are no ads or popups so you don't have to worry about getting distracted. There is nothing I dislike really. It's very easy to use, it even has free trial so you can try before buy! I like that they send out emails directly from their servers instead of through third party email services (like Gmail). I like that it notifies me if my site goes down, but also gives me some ideas as to why it went down. It's pretty easy to use, with a few minor quirks. I wish there was a way to get more detailed information about what the issue was. I'd love to be able to see errors in the logs or something similar so I could troubleshoot myself.
