Review on Cozy Hanging Hammock Bird Nest House for Small Birds: Perfect Winter Hideaway for Hamsters, Parrots, and Macaws by Jill Parrott

I bought this hammock for my GCC in February and this morning my poor toddler almost hanged himself in it. The thread in the hammock was fraying without my noticing, but the trimmings in the damn thing were worn and poorly finished, and the threads were wrapped around his neck. I was lucky enough to be by his side when he started screaming and couldn't move. I ripped off the thread and then let it run off his neck for the next 5 minutes. You MUST do a better finish for this item. I do NOT recommend this as I almost lost my bird today.
