Four screws are missing
The wall plate itself is exactly as described. The problem is that the inner packaging was open on one side and there were no screws to attach the panel to the wall. My husband used what we had which does not match. This is the second time I've had this problem with this brand. When I first contacted the hardware company, the screws were shipped via USPS. This time I called and to date no screws have been sent to me. Buyers be careful. Update: Today I finally received the four screws I requested two weeks ago.
