Bought, liked it so bought 2 more After only a few months of owning the first one, it died. Will not download! I contacted support and they sent me a link to the $120 software so I could try to get my data. I told them I was shocked, that was their reaction as this drive is basically brand new (no drops, damage or anything other than normal use). They said they could only help me format it and if the AI wanted my data back that would be their best bet. I paid extra for these drives and expected them to perform well for years to come. Very, very disappointed!
