I bought this for my husband to drink more water and it worked. He said after finishing the first one on day one he thought he was going to float π€£But he likes it. Now he drinks LOTS of water, which combined with diet and exercise, helps him lose weight fast. He likes it. Our baby twins who are just learning to drink through a straw can drink from it so easily. It's so easy to clean and doesn't leak at all. He loves his cup.
