I was very excited about this headset because there were several comments on how comfortable it was to wear (I recently returned another brand due to discomfort) . Of course I put it on and was very happy with how it fit. So I plugged it into my computer, waited for Windows to "do its thing," and tested everything in Zoom to make sure it fit my 2-hour meeting. it was scheduled for the next morning. The tests went well: the audio sounded clear, my recorded speech sounded great, the mute button worked, the volume up and down buttons worked well, and I was happy. The next morning, about 5 minutes into my meeting, the headset stopped working. No audio input or output. I checked my settings to see if the device selection had inexplicably changed. it's not like this. I've tried unplugging it, plugging it back in and confirming it's the right device in settings. without change. I ended up having to temporarily pause the meeting to find my old headset so I could communicate out loud with my client. It was awkward and unprofessional. I realize that I can probably take additional steps to resolve the issue I'm experiencing. However, trust has been eroded. I don't want to risk ever being in that position again. So I am returning this headset. Good luck to everyone else!
