I really liked this little thing. It was recommended by Audible and I liked the design. It worked great initially, but stopped working after seven months. It started about a month ago with poor stamina. I thought it might be the battery so I just kept charging it but I noticed it was holding less and less charge each time. I also tried changing the charging cable. Vain. Now it shuts down completely after a minute or two after turning it on. Disappointed. UPDATE: (12/27/18) The company emailed me and offered to replace the product for free. They shipped a new one very quickly and it sounds really good. Thanks for the good customer service.
