I like most that it helps me manage my time effectively through its calendar feature which allows me to set up appointments with clients/customers or projects in advance so that there's no need for last minute changes. It also has useful features such as creating tasks (to help organise work) and reminders. The platform itself could do with some improvements - sometimes it takes too long to load up when you're working offline. Try out the free trial first if you don't know whether this will fit your needs yet! We use it mainly to schedule meetings but it does have other functions that are helpful. This allows us to keep track of our workloads and ensure we meet deadlines without overloading ourselves.
