Review on πŸ”‘ Durable Key Shell Case for Chevy Tahoe/Suburban & GMC Yukon (2014-2017) by Joe Fulce

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Better than the original

The original six button button is covered with soft rubber. The rubber plate dissolves with use - in our case it took three years. Dealership replacements cost about $300 per key. This product is just a case, not including the smart chip and buttons inside. You have to skip that. It also includes a key blank that can be cut from an old key or reused. Like many other reviewers, we kept the logo on the back. The faceplate is an improvement over the original - it feels like rubber but is actually a more durable sheet of plastic. The exchange takes five minutes and your key looks like new.
