The ability to use SQL queries in Excel, Power BI or other tools like Tableau is very useful for data analysis purposes as well as sharing with colleagues who don't have access yet (or at all). It's easy enough that even nontechnical users can learn how it works without needing any training from us! Sometimes there are bugs which make you want to punch your screen but they're usually fixed quickly by their support team when notified of them via email/chat so we've never had an issue where I couldn’t fix something myself within minutes if need be. We used this tool primarily during our recruitment process - pulling together candidate information into one place was really helpful because candidates could see what questions were being asked about themselves before going through interviews etc., allowing me time manage my schedule more efficiently while also reducing number lost due to missing key info.
