The reader works quite well, just a few problems. The card had 3 partitions: Linux ext2, Linux swap and FAT32 to run Android OS. This corruption didn't happen when I used my laptop to read, so I think this reader just can't handle non-FAT partitions. Lesson learned: I need to access the SD card from my phone. The 8 GB SDHC FAT32 card I tested worked perfectly. 2) Right-click the removable card drive and click Safely Remove to remove the drive before rebooting. The FP34 also had this problem. I'm not sure if this is partly due to Windows Vista. 3) The instructions weren't particularly clear on how to connect to the motherboard. And I think (though I don't remember exactly) that it needs 2 USB blocks from the motherboard - one for the card readers and one for the external USB on the front. I think I just plugged in a couple of USB ports on the front of my case instead. I wasn't sure at first about plugging in the drive's power supply either. I don't - I think it's just in case you use eSATA without external power. Apart from these mostly small things, the device worked well.
