Purchasing this item from a third party is like playing the lottery
Quality is largely unpredictable. My iPad arrived in good packaging. The supplied charger does not work and the USB Type-C cable is not included. The iPad itself is clean but the screen quality is a bit disappointing, not as sharp as what I see in the Apple Store. Update October 2020: After months of ghost clicking on the iPad, I decided to trade it in and get a new one. Directly from Apple, the new screen is brighter and juicier. I'm not sure what's going on with the upgraded device, but the buyer should know
