I argued for three months whether to take this or not. I ended up breaking down and buying it for my birthday. Everything is intact except for the frame. It should be about an inch larger than the templates that will sit in it. Everything was bubble wrapped in a soft pouch, not a box. At some point in the cold, it got stuck during transport, because an entire page was dangling from the perfectly square device. I tried returning for a replacement and was told I couldn't, I should have received a refund. What I didn't want - I would like my item to be sent in a specially designed container so it doesn't get damaged. I glued it on and prayed, but I already know it won't work because I've been an artist working with 1/4" acrylic as a backing for 40 years. Maybe some pins stuck in the broken spot. There are ideas .?
