These are very functional shakers - I like them more than any I've tried before. I have both at home and at work. At work I use it to drink water throughout the day and also a protein shake when needed. GOOD: - No leaking issues - Mixes my protein shakes very well. Cleaning is a breeze. The flap valve closes securely and works very well in contrast to some other bottles. PROBLEMS: The only thing to be aware of is that some of them sometimes break at the top lid, where the rounded part of the top meets the side panels that screw onto the main tank. I've spoken to other people that this has happened to. For this reason I only give this bottle 4 stars. Note that the base is a little big for some small car cup holders.
