I've used several seaweed scrapers and it really works! I've dealt with green speckled algae and hand scrapers didn't get the job done. The credit card advantage technique works partially, but it's a big problem. I really didn't expect the blade of this tool to work considering the other one didn't, but it worked! The size seems just right. I've found that the ones that take up more space don't really speed things up; I think spreading the surface area over a larger area actually results in less pressure and less cleaning. Very happy with this purchase so far. My pool hasn't looked this good in a long time.
