Access Point works great; However, the packaging did not include instructions on how to install and configure the access point. When I called tech support they told me it was an old product and out of warranty. After about 75 minutes on the phone, I finally got the support I needed to set up the hotspot. I had to send proof of purchase to Cisco Technical Support to get help. I was very disappointed that I had to fight so hard to get the support that should have been included in the hotspot. I will think twice before buying from this seller.
