Avoid this product. The controllers don't sit directly on the dock, you have to rearrange them to keep them charged, and the battery life is very short. Also, I had 3 controllers malfunction (shutdown and noise for no reason) when using these batteries. Having the same problem too many times I couldn't believe it was a coincidence. The last time this happened I immediately stopped using these batteries and went with regular batteries. The problem is gone. So they're not badly constructed, but I'm pretty sure they killed two of my controllers and would have killed a third.
