DreamGEAR DGXB1 6603 Dual Charge Black Review

Just received in the post today and sent back tomorrow. The batteries put in the controllers were fine, actually felt pretty good. I wanted to attack them but the base stayed green. I checked the Xbox to see what it had to say about my battery level and it said it was about 1/3 full. Turn on the charger and squeeze it a little and it will turn red. Let go, back to the green. Needless to say, there are better products out there. Save time and money and get one of these.

This is the 4th set I have bought (still using the one I bought 2 years ago). We have 3 Xboxs so we can make sure everyone can play. The battery life is several hours, so a spare battery extends the playing time. Plus, I never have to buy new batteries or pay for extra ones. The charging stand holds the controllers perfectly. The only drawback is the bright light bar. It's too bright for me, but it works like a night light for my daughter. Definitely very satisfied.

Avoid this product. The controllers don't sit directly on the dock, you have to rearrange them to keep them charged, and the battery life is very short. Also, I had 3 controllers malfunction (shutdown and noise for no reason) when using these batteries. Having the same problem too many times I couldn't believe it was a coincidence. This charging station is worthy. Based on some reviews and looking at other chargers I decided to stick with this one. My roommate has one too and has no problems with it. Battery life is decent. I can get 4-5 hours of gameplay from them. Yes, they drain quickly, but that's normal for Xbox One controller batteries. Charging seems to be going well. Immediately after unpacking, I was pleased with the appearance of the product. I plugged it straight into the back of the Xbox One and left it on the console. I chose the open box for the charger and batteries because I expected someone to open it, change their mind and send it back. The item I received was very used. Dust and dirt settled in the crevices of the charging stations, along with a few strands of what I took for a dog well into the non-slip pads of the charging stations below. Tried again to find out that there is no power supply plugged into the charging cable. The info says no adapter is needed for charging, but doesn't explain that one
