I bought it because my aunt had severe eczema on a large part of her body and it cleared her skin almost completely after one use. My skin condition is similar to hers; That's what I was hoping for, but unfortunately it didn't work for me. It is odorless but smells like lard. Not the most pleasant, but the smell is washed off with soap. Definitely not unbearable, especially if it works for you. If you suffer from any type of dermatitis I would say considering the price it's worth a try. While $6 for a bar of soap isn't cheap, it's a lot more affordable than topical steroids. I gave it 4 stars because while it didn't work for me, I've seen firsthand that it really works wonders for some.
