The product will not work with wiper arms from the same manufacturer

I have ordered a brand new wiper arm assembly and new wiper arms from the same manufacturer whatever you wish to include in the kit. Lubricate the inside of the wiper arms, you cannot attach the arms to the winchell wiper linkage too much, the knurling on both ends is not the same. Extremely poor quality and very disappointing. I'm having trouble taking them apart and may have to cut off the arms.
