Quality doesn't exist anymore, worse than craftsman

Klein is known for making tools for linemen, I bought this tool to replace a master's screwdriver I've been using for 6 months, short said it broke half the handle while i was 100ft in the air cut the wire talked about getting you in trouble luckily i still had the repairman's screwdriver i would add a picture but half is somewhere over a very large hill and the other half is at the bottom of my bucket with the residual waste. Very disappointing.
