My weight is 140 lbs, bust 36 C/D, height 5'5". I ordered M and L to be on the safe side. Average size was too small. Good quality product. However, that is Underbust band too wide so there is no support for my rather voluminous bust.The pads come out and as the halter is lined it works well with or without the pads.I could have asked my dressmaker to tighten the belt under the chest but then the belt will be so tight that it will be difficult for me to pull it over my head (I'm 69 years old) I often have this problem as my underbust size is small compared to my bust size I hope this review helps potential buyers it's very cute and the bottom fits me perfectly in the large one it was worth a try but I'm returning both.
