Does what it says on the tin
Bought for my adult dogs. One of them often cries when she sees other dogs, so I bought them to distract her. So far the clicker works and is quite loud (for its size). I've dropped it twice on concrete and it hasn't cracked. I wish the treat holder had a zipper instead of a screw, but overall I'm happy with it.
