The quality of the impeller design deteriorates, the old impeller seems better.
It says it's OEM but the quality should be lower, the impeller design was much more efficient than the one I replaced. I'm assuming the Prius doesn't need supercooling, but the design is really cheap and as an engineer, that annoys me.
