I was very disappointed when I opened this. It wasn't in the box, just wrapped in bubble wrap. A lid that looks textured isn't. it had a design printed on it and the front of the brochure was warped and wrinkled. Although it didn't say a pen was included, given the cost I was expecting one. Unfortunately I ordered it too late and had to celebrate my boyfriend's life with it. Guests didn't realize the book was left open, but seeing it closed is very disappointing. There are absolutely better quality memory books you can find at this price or less.
