We've needed a spatula for a long time (we've used a square spatula for years, which has always been a bit sloppy). I bought an ORBLUE cake server as a Christmas present (along with a good book on cake making). The spatula is well designed and easily lifts fairly hefty pieces of cake out of the cake pan. The edges of the spatula are serrated - I didn't care, but my wife seems to like the feature. One of the other reviews said that the server credit was disabled. That's right - since the handle is plastic and the spatula is stainless steel, the weight is slightly further forward, while the balance would be better distributed if the steel were extended further into the handle, giving the feel of a higher quality product. But for me it's more a matter of sensual aesthetics, as the balance doesn't present any functional difficulties, unlike, for example, with a knife, where balance is crucial for efficient and safe work. In general, the spatula looks high-quality and worth the money.
