Very poor quality rubber

As it lay on the floor of my car on the first warm April day in Southern California, the edge of the wiper blade turned into a wavy, useless thing. I'm glad I didn't throw away the cheap one from Walmart that was supposed to replace this one. I finally have something to wash off the condensation from glasses for cold drinks in the summer.
