Very sharp, well balanced handles on this set of knives.
A very good set of kitchen knives for home use. The bamboo storage block is durable and knives slide in and out without snagging. The knives are very sharp and easily cut meat, vegetables, fruit or bread. Very smooth cuts and the cuts went through easily. The knife handles are very well balanced in the hand. It's comfortable and if you cut yourself with them for a while, they won't tire your hand or leave red marks on your hands. Perfect for the home kitchen!
